Raynor Door Authority of New England is looking to hire Garage Door Technicians to join the team. We are a small, community-oriented company that specializes in residential garage doors, commercial garage doors, retractable awnings, folding wall partitions, and dock equipment. No experience needed. WE WILL TRAIN.

Roles & Responsibilities
INSTALLATIONS: Install new garage door systems, operators, and other products in both residential and commercial settings.
SERVICE: Diagnose and repair problems that may arise with customers’ garage doors. Be a problem solver.
TIMELINESS: Show up on time and ready to work.
RECORD KEEPING: Document your work, the parts used, and the time spent on the job in our internal database upon completion of a job.
TEAMWORK: Be a team player. Many of our jobs require more than one technician to get the job done. You must be able to work well with others.
SAFETY: Be an active proponent of safety, this means not taking risks, participating in our weekly safety meetings, and keeping an organized work space to avoid trips and falls. Your safety and wellbeing is our first priority.
Job Requirements
Willingness to be trained, mechanically inclined.
Must have good customer service skills
The best candidate is confident and self-motivated, has great listening skills, a desire to build strong relationships, have great technical and mechanical skills and a strong desire to do the job right the first time.
Individual must be mature, honest, and organized
Can work independently and pay close attention to details
Excellent communication skills
Perform physical demands such as, but not limited to: Reaching above shoulders, climbing ladders, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, working at elevated heights, working outdoors and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Must be able to use hand tools, power tools and measuring devices.
The ability to pass criminal and driving background checks and drug screen.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
